摘  要:研究了蚕蛹蛋白粘胶长丝用自制的阳离子改性剂WLS与双氧水进行同浴改性和漂白的工艺,探讨了同浴法改性漂白工艺条件对蚕蛹蛋白粘胶长丝白度及对活性染料染色性能的影响,优选出了改性漂白同浴的最佳工艺,并评价了改性漂白蚕蛹蛋白粘胶长丝的漂白效果及活性染料染色效果。结果表明,同浴法改性漂白的蚕蛹蛋白粘胶长丝不仅漂白效果与单独漂白效果相近,而且对阳离子改性效果影响不大,能显著提高活性染料染色性能,实现活性染料无盐染色。研究所确定的改性漂白同浴工艺工序短,生产效率高,符合节能减排的环保理念,有很好的应用前景。Pupa protein viscose filament was modified with a cationic agent WLS made by ourselves and was bleached with hydrogen peroxide by one bath method. The effect of modifying and bleaching conditions on the whiteness and on the dyeing property with reactive dyes dyeing was discussed. The one bath modifying and bleaching technique were optimized. And the bleaching and dyeing behavior of the treating Potter silk were evaluated. The results indicated that the bleaching effect the modifying effect were similar with only bleaching and with only modification. The dyeing property of the one bath bleaching and modifying potter silk with reactive dyes was improved obviously. It can realize the salt-free dyeing. Otherwise the one bath modifying and bleaching technique shortened the process and fitted energy-saving emission reduction and green of dyeing, so it can be further developed.
