摘 要:采用酸析分离、絮凝沉淀、活性炭吸附物理化学综合处理法处理绢纺脱胶废水。结果表明,先单独采用酸析法,CODCr去除率为35%,丝胶去除率为36%;再经PAC/PAM复配混凝后,CODCr去除率为71%,丝胶去除率为70%;最后采用活性炭吸附,CODCr和丝胶的总去除率可达到98%以上,达到国家排放标准。此方法处理效果明显、工艺简单,大幅降低了脱胶废水中的CODCr,可减少环境污染。The spun silk degumming wastewater was treated with acidification separation, flocculation precipitation and activated carbon adsorption. The results showed that the removal rate of CODc, was 35 % and the removal rate of sericin was 36 % when the wastewater was treated with acidification method. The removal rate of CODcr was 71% and the removal rate of sericin was 70 % using PAC/PAM complex coagulant. Finally, the removal rate of CODcr and scricin was both more than 98 % using activated carbon adsorption. It was proved that the physical-chemical method is a simple and effective way to deal with the spun silk degumming wastewater. It could decrease CODcr significantly and reduce environmental pollution.
