摘  要:为提高金川硫化镍铜资源综合利用率和增强金川镍基地的可持续发展后劲,金川公司逐步加大贫矿开发力度与规模,要求选矿环节提高贫矿精矿镍品位,以提升冶炼产能与技术指标,降低生产成本。选矿确定以制约技术指标提升的磨矿分级、磨浮流程、药剂制度、工艺参数和设备效率5方面作为重点技术攻关方向,对比分析国内外硫化镍铜矿石选矿工艺,运用全面质量管理手段有针对性地开展小型试验与工业试验研究。工业试验证实:Ⅰ矿区贫矿精矿镍品位提高0.321%,Ⅲ矿区贫矿精矿镍品位提高0.127%;药剂单耗降低40.74%。突破了国内硫化贫镍矿石选矿精矿品位和回收率双低的技术认识局限。In order to improve Jinchuan comprehensive utilization of Ni-Cu sulfide resources and enhance the sustainable development of Jinchuan nickel base,Jinchuan company has gradually expanded the development of low grade ore and improved grade of nickel concentrate in mineral processing technology in order to increase smelting capacity and technical indicators and reduce production cost.The company takes ore-milling classification,grinding floatation process,reagent system,process parameters and equipment efficiency as the five aspects of key technology research direction,which restrict technical indicators upgrading.The company compares and analyses the dressing process of Ni-Cu sulfide ore at home and abroad,and utilizes quality control measures to carry out small test and industrial experiments.Industrial experiments proves that: nickel grade of concentrate inⅠmining area increased by 0.321%,nickel grade of concentrate in Ⅲ mining area increased by 0.127%,reagent unit consumption reduced by 40.74%.It breaks through the domestic technology limitation on the low grade and low recovery rate of lean nickel ore's dressing concentrate.
