摘　　要：泗选厂Φ3.2×3.1m球磨机在将螺旋分级改为旋流器分级后,因国内无参考配置,初期未找到合适参数,致使分级效果差,影响浮选指标。本文着重介绍该厂对该旋流器结构参数进行的一系列优化配置实践,并最终找到了较佳配置,提高了分级效果。After Φ3.2×3.1m ball mill of Sizhou Concentrator changed helix classification into cyclone classification,the classification doesn＇t work well owing to no reference configuration and no proper parameter in early stage and it affects the floatation indicators.The article emphasizes on introducing that the concentrator carry out a series of optimization practices on cyclone structure parameter,and finally finds out a superior configuration to improve the classification effect.
