多元化战略下的煤炭企业能力结构模型分析

摘　　要：企业多元化经营作为21世纪企业发展扩张的重要模式,被许多企业广泛地运用。然而,企业多元化经营作为一种企业战略,其决定条件是企业的能力是否满足多元化经营的需求。煤炭企业的多元化战略,依赖于其能力的表现,从三种重要能力去分析煤炭企业多元化能力更加有助于揭示煤炭企业多元化能力的结构,而且这种能力结构模型更加直观地体现出能力要素是如何在多元化过程中发挥作用的。The 21^at century has witnessed the wide application of enterprise diversification strategy, an important mode of enter-prises＇ development and expansion, in many enterprises. However, as a form of corporate strategy, enterprise diversification depends on whether the enterprise＇ s capacity can satisfy its demand of diversification, which makes no exception of coal enter-prises. This paper analyses the diversified capacities of coal enterprises from three important perspectives to reveal their diversified capacity structure, which displays vividly how the capacity factors function in the diversification process.
