摘　　要：从五个方面概括并阐述了国际社会解决民族问题的成功经验:坚持民族平等是维护民族关系和谐的关键,选择适合本国国情的制度安排是预防民族冲突和解决民族问题的保障,促进经济发展、缩小贫富差距是实现民族和谐的坚实基础,制定符合实际的民族政策是实现民族和谐的重要因素,实行尊重差异、包容多样的多元文化主义政策是实现民族和谐的思想基础。This paper summarizes and describes the successful experience of the international community in solving ethnic problems from the following five aspects： adhering to national equality is the key to maintaining harmonious ethnic relations;selecting appropriate institution suited to their national conditions helps prevent ethnic conflict and solving ethnic problems;promoting economic development and narrowing wealth gap is a solid foundation for achieving national harmony;formulating realistic national policy is an important factor in achieving national harmony;the implementation of multiculturalism policy is an ideological basis for national harmony.
