摘  要:为了研究稠油化学驱的影响因素,通过测定碱和表面活性剂复合体系与原油的界面张力、乳化能力和油膜收缩速率,得到了具有不同性能的配方,采用岩心驱替试验评价不同体系的驱油效率.结果表明,表面活性剂与稠油虽然可以达到超低界面张力,但是采收率不高,碳酸钠体系界面张力较高,但是采收率最高.分析表明:低界面张力体系虽然可以增大毛管数,提高洗油效率,但是在驱替过程中导致水驱通道内含油饱和度低,驱油剂窜进严重,波及系数较低;碳酸钠体系虽然没有达到超低界面张力,但是其乳化能力强,油膜收缩速率低,因而具有较大的波及系数,获得了较高的最终采收率.因此对于稠油油藏,提高驱油剂的波及系数对获得较高的采收率更为重要.In order to study the influencing factors of chemical flooding,the chemical flooding systems of different formulas are obtained by measuring the IFT,emulsifying ability and oil film shrinking rate between the compound systems of alkali with surfactant and crude oil,and the oil displacement efficiency of these chemical flooding systems is evaluated by core flooding experiments.The results show that although the surfactant flooding systems can reach to ultra-low IFT,their recovery factors are lower,and although the IFT of alkali flooding systems is higher,they have higher recovery factor.The surfactant flooding systems can increase capillary number and displacement efficiency,but they cause the low oil saturation in the water flooding channels and serious oil displacement agent channeling,then cause lower sweep efficiency of oil displacement.The alkali flooding systems have not ultra-low IFT,but they have stronger emulsifying ability and lower oil film shrinking rate,then they have greater sweep efficiency and higher final recovery factor.Therefore,the sweep efficiency is more important than IFT to enhancing the recovery factor of heavy oil in chemical flooding.
