摘　　要：高警讯药物的管理和风险防范是医院面临的重大课题,医疗机构应对高警讯药物提高警惕,并采取相应措施,减少用药差错的发生。医院要积极做好高警讯药物的安全管理工作,广大医务人员需全面掌握高警讯药物的药理作用及用法、用量、不良反应等。在用药的过程中严格按照高警讯药物的安全操作流程进行标准操作,全面提升医院药物治疗的安全性,以实现对高警讯药物的有效安全使用。High-alert medications management and risk prevention are the major issues facing to the hospital. Medical institutions should be alert to it, and take measures to reduce the occurrence of medication error. Hospitals ought to actively do the high-alert medications management job, and medical staffs need to master the pharmacological effects, the usage, dosage direction, and adverse reaction of it. Operating within standard operating procedures and promoting the safety of hospital drug therapy completely, so that, we can realize the safe and efficient use of the high-alert medications.
