SUS430冷轧不锈钢带表面“脱粉”缺陷形成原因探究

摘　　要：对带钢表面“脱粉”缺陷进行了表面形貌观察和成分分析以及金相观察，结合国内外类似经验，指出产生该缺陷的成因——晶间腐蚀。通过试验验证，晶间腐蚀导致脱粉缺陷，并简要探讨了大生产中控制该缺陷的可行性措施。The SEM micrograph, EDS analysis and optical micrograph of the defect were observed. A conclusion was drawn that the intergranular corrosion was the cause of the defect formation, in accordance with the similar experience home and abroad. Through the experiment verify , the cause of punctuate is intergranular corrosion and the feasible measures for controlling the defect in mass production were discussed briefly.
