病灶清除术联合药物治疗脊柱结核32例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的总结病灶清除术椎体间植骨融合联合抗痨药物治疗胸腰段脊柱结核疗效。方法 2000年1月～2009年12月对脊柱结核32例进行病灶彻底清除一期椎体间植骨融合,均采用内固定,通过随访进行疗效评价。结果术后对所有病例进行6月～6年随访,结果优良率为87.50%,植骨融合率为90.20%,切口均一期愈合,病灶处骨缺损已基本消失,脊柱结核治愈。结论病灶清除术椎体间植骨融合,并结合全程抗痨治疗,可使脊柱结核治愈。Aim To analyze the efficacy of focus clearance in combination with anti-tuberculosis drugs in treatment of spinalcord tuberculosis. Methods Thirty -two spinal cord tuberuculosis patients were surgically treated with focus clearance and anti-tuberculosis drugs from Janualy 2000 to December 2009. Results The effective rate of surgical treatment after a follow-up of from 6 months to 6 years was 87.50% and the fusion rate of implanted bone was 90.20%. All the patients were cured. Conclusion Patients with spinal cord tuvereulosis can cured with focus clearnance and implanting bone combined with anti-tuberculosis treatment.
