中西药结合外用治疗老年褥疮76例临床体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨使用中西药结合外用治疗老年褥疮的临床疗效。方法:对我院出现褥疮的老年患者76例随机分为2组,对比两组患者的疗效。结果:I组患者40例48处褥疮,治愈25处,治愈率为52.08%;II组患者36例43处褥疮,治愈40处,治愈率为93.02%,II组患者治愈率明显优于I组患者,P<0.05。结论:使用中西药结合外用治疗老年褥疮有较好的疗效,患者治愈率高,值得在临床推广使用。Objective： To explore the clinical effect of treating elderly bedsores in the external use of integrative medicine. Methods 76 cases of elderly bedsores in our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups, then compared the effect of two groups＇ patients. Results： Group I for 40 cases had 48 pressure sores, cured 25, and the cure rate was 52.08%; Group II for 36 cases had 43 pressure sores, cured 40, and the cure rate was 93.02%. The cure rate in group II was obviously better than group I, P〈0.05. Conclusion： It had a better effect that treating lderly bedsores in the external use of integrative medicine, and which had higher cure rate, so it was worth widely using in clinical.
