穴位埋线结合中药治疗肺经风热型痤疮的临床体会

摘　　要：目的:对穴位埋线结合中药口服治疗肺经风热型痤疮进行临床研究,综合评价其临床疗效和安全性。方法:将60例肺经风热型痤疮患者随机分组,其中治疗组31例,对照组29例。治疗组给予本院自制栀子金花合剂结合穴位埋线治疗,对照组单独口服栀子金花合剂。结果:分别观察治疗组和对照组第一次就诊、用药2周、用药4周、用药6周、用药8周皮损情况,并评分。结论:治疗组痊愈率及显效率明显优于对照组,有显著意义(P<0.05)。安全性治疗组与对照组无显著差异。Objective： The clinical observation of treating Feijing Fengre type acne by catgut embedding plus TCM and the comprehensive evaluation of its clinical efficacy and safety. Methods： Randomly divided 60 cases into treatment group （n=31） and control group （n=29）. In the treatment group treated with golden gardenia mixture plus catgut embedding, while the control group treated only with golden gardenia mixture. Re.suits： Observing the skin condition of treatment group and control group during the period of treating, evaluated scores. Conclusion： The cure rate of treatment group was better than control group＇s, were significant （P〈0.05）. Safety treatment group and control group had no significant differences.
