城市人居环境与经济发展协调度评价研究——以乌鲁木齐市为例

摘　　要：选取与城市人居环境和经济发展水平密切相关的23个指标建立综合评价指标体系,然后利用综合性协调度评价方法构建协调度模型,定量分析两系统的协调度,并对各年份的协调度进行等级划分。结果表明:乌鲁木齐市1998-2002年间人居环境与经济发展协调度均处于低水平的协调阶段,经济发展相对滞后,但是有明显的上升趋势,并于2003年达到良好协调状态,而2004-2007年呈现明显的下降态势,且下降幅度不断增大,人居环境持续滞后;针对研究区城市人居环境和经济发展协调状况,分析其协调发展的制约因素和关键所在,并提出促进二者协调发展的对策及建议。In this research,23 indexes had been selected to build the urban human settlement environment and economic development system for quantitative evaluation,then we got the value of unisonous degree of the human settlements and the economy system in Urumqi by using a coordination degree model,and then ranked It.According to the study,human settlements corresponded with the development of economy at a very low degree during 1998 to 2002,and the latter was lag in phase.but the unisonous degree was sustainable raising until it reached the well state in 2003,after that,the unisonous degree began to decrease evidently during 2004 to 2007,and the decreasing range continual augmented.At last some suggestions were made to promote the coordinated development of human settlements and economy in Urumqi according to its present situations.
