摘 要:以丙烯酸酯单体、乙烯基硅油等为主要原料,合成出一种有机硅改性丙烯酸酯乳液;然后将表面处理过的氮化硼(BN)和助剂等加入到上述乳液中,制成导热绝缘型水性粘接涂层。结果表明:该粘接涂层既有利于电气场合的绝缘导热,又解决了传统粘接涂层的溶剂污染问题;当w(BN)=15%时,材料的综合性能较好,其导热性能[热导率为0.955 W/(m·K)]优于不含BN体系[0.210 W/(m·K)]、体积电阻率和表面电阻率分别为1.57×1013Ω.cm和0.75×1013Ω、拉伸强度为72 MPa、断裂伸长率为380%、水中浸泡120 h后的吸水率仅为10.88%且可在200℃以下长期使用。With acrylate monomers and vinyl silicon oil as raw materials,an acrylate emulsion modified by organic silicon was prepared.Then the boron nitride(BN) which surface was treated and additive were introduced into systems,a water-based coating with insulation and thermal conductivity was prepared.The results showed that the coating was beneficial to insulation and thermal conductivity in electrical field,and could solved the problem of solvent pollution in traditional coating.The acrylate emulsion modified by organic silicon had better combination property when mass fraction of BN was 15% because the thermal conductivity of the system with BN at 0.955 W/(m·K) was better than that of the system without BN at 0.210 W/(m·K),volume resistivity and surface resistivity were 1.57×1013 Ω·cm and 0.75×1013 Ω respectively,tensile strength and ultimate elongation were 72 MPa and 380% respectively,water absorption was 10.88% after immersing in water for 120 h,And the emulsion could be muchly used under 200 ℃.
