摘  要:阐述了塑壳断路器瞬动保护可靠性检测研究的现状,提出塑壳断路器瞬动保护可靠性检测中遇到的关键技术问题及解决方案;阐述了基于FFT的选相合闸技术,以消除试验电流的非周期分量。在塑壳断路器瞬动调试方面,提出了在电流失真度要求范围内,以最小的成本代价,制订合理的过载容限的设计思路。采用具有在线训练功能的神经网络控制方法,通过补偿系数的调整,实现校验电流的控制,保证调试电流的精度。最后,提出了研制先进的塑壳断路器瞬动调试装置的设计思路,能使其使用方便、抗干扰能力强,性价比高,优于国内外同类装置。The status of moulded case circuit breaker(MCCB) instantaneous protection reliability test was described.The key technical problems on instantaneous protection reliability of the MCCB test were proposed,and the solutions were given.The election of FFT-based phase closing technology to eliminate non-periodic component was described.In the MCCB instantaneous debugging,a reasonable overload tolerance design ideas within the requirements of current distortion was established.With the online training function using neural network control method,it adyusted compensation coefficient,and checked current to improve the accuracy of the debugging current.Finally,the design ideas of advanced debugging device MCCB instantaneous was proposed to make it easy to use,improve anti-interference ability,high cost performance,its performance was superior to similar devices at home and abroad.
