摘 要:以多孔阳极氧化铝(AAO)为模板,通过敏化和活化处理,再采用电化学方法沉积镍,组装成具有稳定结构的镍纳米管。透射电镜(TEM)分析表明,镍纳米管的管径在纳米范围内,长度最长可达微米。实验表明:适当的敏化和活化条件,以及电化学沉积镍时的电流和时间是影响镍纳米管生长的关键因素。Using porous anodic alumina as template and through sensitivation and activation treatment, the nickel nanotubes with stable structure were prepared by electrochemical deposition. The transmission electron microscopy (TEM) showed that the diameter of nickel nanotubes was within nanometre level and the length could get to micrometer level. The experiment showed that proper conditions of sensitivation and activation, deposition current and time were vital factors for the growth of nickel nanotubes.
