摘 要:用常规工艺制备烧结(Pr-Nd)33.0-xHOxFebalCu0.20Al0.75B1.15(x=0,1,3,5)永磁材料。研究了Ho元素添加对材料磁性能和温度稳定性的影响。适量添加Ho有利于抑制合金铸锭中α-Fe的形成;制作的烧结磁体,其主相晶粒一定程度上细化、尺寸分布比较均匀;内禀矫顽力明显提高,剩磁有所下降;同时较大幅度地减小烧结磁体的开路磁通不可逆损失。添加1~3%左右Ho制作的烧结Nd-Fe-B磁体,具有良好的综合性能。( Pr-Nd )33.0 xHoxFebalCu0.20A10.75BH5 (x=0, 1, 3, 5) sintered magnets were prepared via conventional route. Effects of Ho addition on their magnetic properties and temperature stability were analyzed. The formation of α-Fe phase in Nd-Fe-B alloy ingots was effectively suppressed, the intrinsic coercivity was largely increased, the remanence was slightly reduced and the temperature stability was improved to a great extent by adding certain amounts of Ho. Sintered Nd-Fe-B magnets with 1-3% Ho addition possess small average grain size and relatively homogeneous grain size distribution, and exhibit satisfactory comprehensive properties.
