双复纤维长径比对其吸波性能的影响

摘  要:采用电加热和化学气相沉淀(CVD)法合成双复纤维材料,研究了双复纤维含量一定的条件下长径比对吸波性能的影响。结果表明,双复纤维长径比的增大导致复磁导率和复介电常数都有所增大,其中复介电常数的实部显著增大,而且双复纤维长径比为15:1左右时,吸波效果较好,吸收峰为-19.1dB,11.2--18GHz范围反射率低于-5dB,有效带宽近7.8GHz。因此必须对双复纤维的长径比进行优化设计,才能得到宽频带、低反射率的双复纤维涂层。The complex permittivity and permeability fiber was prepared via electricity heating and chemical vapor decomposition (CVD). The effects of aspect ratio on the microwave absorbing properties were discussed. The results showed that the complex permeability and permittivity, especially the real part of complex permittivity, increase with increasing aspect ratio. For sample with aspect ratio of 15 : 1, the absorbing peak value is -19.1dB and the reflectivity is below --5dB from 11.2GHz to 18GHz (the effective waveband is about 7,8GHz). So, aspect ratio of functional fiber must be optimized to reaching wide band and low reflectivity,
