摘　　要：西钢电炉分厂把定尺长度3～6m的滑轨推钢式冷床改为6～12m步进翻转式冷床,在改造中解决了链式引锭杆存放困难、切后输送辊道区缓冲空间紧张和12m铸坯易弯曲等问题,改造后,系统运行稳定,综合效益显著。In Electric Furnace Branch of Xilin Iron ＆ Steel Group Co. , Ltd. transformation from 3 - 6m linear slide - rail cooling bed to 6 - 12m linear walking beam tilting cooling bed was realized. During the transformation the problems of difficulties of chain flexible dummy bars, convey roller area and cushioning narrow space after cut, and slab to be bended, and so on were solved. The system op- erates stably and comprehensive benefit is remarkable after the transformation.
