摘　　要：目的优选芪参咀嚼片药材的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以药材提取液中黄芪甲苷的含量和总固体得率为指标,优选药材的提取工艺。结果处方药材的最佳提取工艺为加水8倍,提取3次,每次0.5h。结论此提取工艺合理可行,适用于工业化生产。Objective To optimize the extraction process of Qishenjujue Tablets.M ethods Orthogonal test was employed for selecting the optimum of extraction proc ess by the indexes of the contents of astragaloside Ⅳand total solid matters.Re sults Eight volumn of water,extracting 3 times with half an hour for each time was considered the optimum extraction process of Qishenjujue Tablets.Conclusions The selected technology was considered to be reasonable and feasible,and the s imple method is fit for production.
