摘　　要：目的探讨阿托伐他汀钙片10 mg/d治疗高脂血症的疗效。方法对198例高脂血症患者采用阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,分别记录分析治疗后4周和8周的血脂变化情况,并观察用药后的不良反应。结果经过4周和8周治疗后,患者总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)均显著降低(P<0.01),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)明显升高(P<0.05);治疗过程中3例患者出现胃肠道不适,经对症治疗后缓解。结论阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高脂血症疗效确切,不良反应少。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of atorvastatin（10 mg/d） in treating hyperlipidemia.Methods A hundred and ninety-eight patients with hy perlipidemia were treated with oral atorvastatin 10 mg daily for 8 months.The ch ange of blood lipid level were observed at 4,8 weeks after treatment.Results Aft er 4-week and 8-week treatment,total cholesterol（TC）,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C） and triglyceride（TG） in the patients were significantly dec reased（P〈0.01）;high-density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C） was increased o bviously（P〈0.05）.During the treatment process,3 cases developed gastrointestin al tract discomfort and other cases had no apparent adverse reactions.Conclusion Atorvastatin is safe and effective to treat hyperlipidemia with less adverse re actions.
