胸腺蛋白口服液治疗反流性食管炎36例

摘　　要：目的观察胸腺蛋白口服液治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法将67例反流性食管炎患者随机分为治疗组36例和对照组31例。治疗组口服胸腺蛋白口服液6 mL、每日2次,对照组口服硫糖铝混悬液10 mL、每日3次,两组均联合口服雷贝拉唑片20 mg、每日2次,莫沙比利片10 mg、每日3次,疗程均为4周。结果两组患者烧心、反酸、胸痛症状均明显改善,症状总积分均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.01),但组间治疗前后症状积分比较无显著性差异;治疗组和对照组临床症状痊愈率、总有效率分别为55.56%和51.61%,77.78%和74.19%,两组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗组和对照组的胃镜痊愈率分别为72.22%和48.39%,两组比较差异显著(P<0.01)。结论胸腺蛋白口服液联合雷贝拉唑、莫沙比利口服治疗反流性食管炎的疗效明显优于硫糖铝混悬液。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Thymus Oral Solution in t he treatment of reflux esophagitis.Methods Sixty-seven patients with reflux eso phagitis were randomly divided into the treatment group（36 cases） and the contro l group（31 cases）.The treatment group was given oral Thymus Oral Solution 6 mL, twice daily,while the control group received sucralfate suspension 10 mL,3 times daily.At the same time,the two groups were combined with rabeprazole 20 mg,twic e daily,and mosapride 10 mg,3 times daily.The treatment course in the two groups all lasted for 4 weeks.Results The heartburn,sour regurgitation and chest pain symptoms were significantly improved and the total scores of symptoms after trea tment in the two groups were decreased significantly compared with before treatm ent（P 0.01）.The total scores of symptoms before and after treatment had no si gnificant difference between the two groups.The cure rate of the symptoms and th e total effective rate in the two groups were 55.56%,51.61%and 77.78%,74.19% respectively,without significant difference between them（P〉0.05）.The gastrosco pic cure rate was 72.22%in the treatment group and 48.39%in the control group respectively with significant difference（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Thymus Oral Liquid combined with oral rabeprazole and mosapride is obviously superior to sucralfat e suspension alone in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.
