摘  要:长联多跨连续宽箱梁桥,由于跨数多,全桥施工需经过多次合龙。因此,在此类桥型在施工过程中,严格控制主梁线形(包括横向线形)则显得更为困难和重要。以某一联十八跨四线悬浇连续大断面箱梁桥为例,论述了长联多跨连续梁桥施工监控技术,阐述了挂篮变形合理取值及悬浇节段立模标高的确定原则,采用MIDAS CIVIL6.7.1软件建立有限元模型,模拟计算该桥施工全过程,并根据现场实测值不断修正计算参数,得到各节段施工预拱度,提供合理的悬浇立模标高,以确保成桥线形及内力与设计相符。Due to the multi spans,it needs several times of closures to complete the whole construction for long multi-span box girder bridges with wide section.So,for this kind of bridge,strictly controlling the alignment of the beam(including the transversal alignment)is more difficult and also more important.Based on a 18-spans single box continuous bridge with wide section on Passenger Dedicated Line,construction monitoring technology for multi spans and high speed railway continuous beam bridges was discussed in this paper,the reasonable deformation of cradles and the principle for determining the formwork elevation of cantilevered segment were described also.With the software MIDAS CIVIL6.7.1,the finite element model was established to simulate and calculate the whole construction procedure,during this process,the calculation parameters were continuously updated based on the measured data.Finally the construction elevation of each segment and the reasonable elevation of formwork were obtained to make sure that the alignment and stress state conform to the design in the final stage.
