摘  要:目的建立重庆市PICC专项技术规范化培训方案并评价其实施效果方法制定PICC专项技术培训方案,并对辖区内56名护理人员进行了为期3周的全脱产规范化培训,通过考核及问卷调查评价培训效果。结果 (1)56名学员均通过了理论考核,模拟实训考核成绩均在90分以上,临床实践考核均达到了优良;所有学员都获得了重庆市卫生局颁发的《重庆市PICC专项技术培训结业证书》。(2)56名学员对课程总评价、理论课程教师授课质量、实践课程教师授课质量及教学管理工作的满意度分别为96.43%、98.22%、100%和92.86%。结论 (1)PICC专项技术规范化培训受到参训护士的好评,并取得了较好的效果;(2)由卫生行政机构指导的PICC专项技术全脱产培训迫在眉睫,而培训过程应体现可持续性和科学性,并从课程设置、师资配备、实习安排等方面严格控制培训质量。Objective To establish a program and evaluate the application effects of standardization training of peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC) in Chongqing.Methods A PICC training program was developed to train 56 nurses from Chongqing for the special technology on PICC for 3 weeks full-time study.Then the training effect was evaluated by examinations and questionnaires.Results All the 56 trained nurses passed the theory examination.The scores of simulation training test and clinical practice achieved 90% and excellent level,respectively.All the trained nurses were awarded qualification certificate of PICC from Board of Health in Chongqing.The average satisfaction rate of the 56 trainess in curriculum scheme,theory teachers' teaching activities,clinical teachers' teaching activities,and teaching management were 96.43%,98.22%,100% and 92.86%,respectively.Conclusion The standardization training program for PICC is well received with desirable training effects by the participating nurses.A more imminent requirement for the nurses is a full-time training for PICC technology duided by the health administration.The training quality will be guranteed by the sustainable and scientific training process,curriculum,teaching staff and management of teaching conditions.
