摘　　要：目的探讨批量爆炸伤员救治组织管理的方法,以优化批量伤员急救流程,提高急救水平。方法迅速启动应急预案,伤员根据病情分为轻、中、重度伤三级,并进入相应的诊疗区域。将救护人员编组,编为指挥联络组、预检组、抢救组、清创缝合组、留观组、转运组、协调记录组7组,对33名爆炸伤员实施有效的救治。结果 33名伤员全部临床治愈出院。相关人员对救治流程实施结果满意。结论完善的突发事件分级标准及相应的应急预案是救治成功的前提,熟练的组织实施急救流程是成功救治的关键,实施过程中合理调配人力、物力,做好医院各部门间组织协调,可确保救治流程的畅通,提高批量伤员救治成功率。Objective To discuss the management and organization of mass casualties from a huge explosion,so as to optimize the emergency medical service processes and improve emergency rescuing level.Methods The emergency preplan was initiate swiftly.Based on their severity,all the patients were classified into three groups：the mild,moderate and severe groups,and then arranged in corresponding medical areas.Medical staff were splited up into the liaison group,triage group,rescue group,operation group,observation group,transfer group and cooperation record group.All of the 33 patients were treated effectively.Results All the 33 patients were clinically cured and discharged satisfactorily.The emergency preplan and rescue processes were further proof-tested as well.Conclusion Successful clinical treatment depends on mature emergency processes.A pre-existed detail plan,as well as a good management and organization can ensure a fluent rescue process and increase the cure rate.
