摘　　要：目的探讨输尿管末端行破坏性手术后，膀胱一输尿管吻合的手术方式。方法对35例输尿管末端破坏性手术患者，采用改良输尿管膀胱原位移植术行膀胱一输尿管吻合。结果经随访观察6-12个月，均未被发现移植输尿管口狭窄及膀胱一输尿管的尿液反流。结论改良原位输尿管膀胱移植术，减少了手术创伤，缩短了手术时间，效果良好。Objective To explore after the ureteral end line destructive surgery, the ways to perform operations by using ureteral anastomosis with the bladder. Methods Thirty-five cases of surgical patients, adapt modified ureteral bladder in transplantation ureteral anastomosis bladder. Results The follow-up 6 months - 1 year, 35 patients were not discovered transplant the ureteral orifice stricture, and bladder - ureteral urine reverse flow. Conclusion The transplantation reduce operation wound, shorten the surgical trauma operation time and has favorable effect.
