摘　　要：运用SWOT分析方法对CUBA产业化的可行性和面临的问题进行了战略分析,并基于此分析提出了相应的战略选择;最后依据以上的分析提出了CUBA产业化的具体发展战略。By using the method of SWOT analysis, this paper makes tactical analysis on feasibility and existing problems of CUBA industrialization, and presents the corresponding strategic choice. Based on it, the specific de- velopment strategy of the industrialization of CUBA is put forward.
