摘　　要：旅游扶贫是通过对贫困地区丰富的旅游资源进行开发，在向世人展示灿烂悠久的文明古迹、雄伟秀丽的奇山异水、多姿多彩的风土人情的同时，促进当地经济的发展，使贫困地区的人们走上了脱贫致富的道路。凡是有条件发展旅游的贫困地区都应尽快提高认识、转变观念、加大力度开展这项工作。Developing the tourism to help the poor means to exploit the abundant tourism resources in the poor area. While showing the tourists the historic site with resplendent civilization of long years old, the majestic mountains and beautiful rivers, the various natural conditions and social customs, and the attractive local human relationships, we can promote the local economic development in order to help the poor to be the rich. We should do this work well with changed ideas, more recognition and strength as soon as possible in the area where it is possible to develop the tourism to help the poor.
