摘　　要：针对宁波区域和城市发展、土地利用规划管理中城市人口研究的实际需要，阐述用于城市人口空间分析的ＧＩＳ空间属性数据库和应用模型的建立过程，并以此进行宁波中心城市人口预测实证研究．Features of GIS data and applied model are discussed. A GIS applied modeland database, which services for the region and urban developement research and landuse planning of Ningbo is built. A urban population forecast is made based on thesimulation of the model.
