摘　　要：东盟对中医需求的变化以及学习中医留学生人数的增加,使面向东盟中医人才培养模式发生了变化。文章分析了东盟留学生教育的现状,从培养目标、课程设置、教学模式等方面构建适应东盟需要的中医人才培养模式。With the Association of Southeast Asian Nations （Asean）＇s demands for TCM changing,and the number of overseas students studying TCM increasing, the cultivation mode of Asean--oriented TCM talents is different from that of the old days. This paper analyzes the present education situation of Asean overseas students. An Asean--oriented cultivation mode for TCM talents is suggested with the help of analysis of different aspects such as the training goal,the curriculum,the teaching mode and so on.
