摘　　要：在全面推进"三个体系"建设背景下,新时期高校档案工作要开创新局面,关键在于档案队伍建设。在通过问卷调查、实地调研、文献比较分析等工作后,本文分析了当前广西高校档案队伍现状和存在问题,并从宏观和微观层面、内因和外因视角,提出了高校档案队伍建设的对策。In the background of comprehensive development of ＂the three systems＂ , in order to open up a new prospect of archives management at colleges and universities in the new era what really counts lies in the construction of the teams of archivists. Apart from the work of questionnaire, making on--the - spot investigations and making comparison of literature, this essay analyzed the status quo and the problems of the teams of archivists at colleges and universities in Guangxi and put forwards the countermeasures of the construction of the teams of archivists from the micro--aspects and maco--aspect or from the angle of internal cause and external cause.
