探讨城市规划对城市综合防灾体系的意义

摘　　要：针对当前我国城市规划人员对城市综合防灾体系认识的不足及其导致防灾规划的欠缺，本文提出从理论发展到实践操作两个层面进行改进，并对具体的规划内容提出建议，希望能对我国发展相对滞后的防灾体系有所推动。Currently, the urban planning staff lacks the awareness of comprehensive disaster prevention system in cities, which has resulted in the inadequacy of pre-disaster planning. This paper claims to make improvements on both theoretical and practical levels and gives suggestions on planning content. Hopefully, it will promote the lagging disaster prevention system of our country to some extent.
