摘　　要：工程建设施工承包合同是业主和施工承包方之间为完成一定的工程项目建设任务而签订的协议，施工单位应按合同规定完成业主交给的建筑安装工程施工任务，业主应按合同规定提供必要的施工条件并支付工程价款。因此，做好施工阶段的合同管理，对施工单位和业主来说无疑是项重要工作。本文从合同管理中存在的问题、应采取的措施、管理的重点等方面论述了施工阶段合同管理。Project construction contract is an agreement signed by the proprietor and the project contractor for the accomplishment of a certain project. The contractor shall fulfill the construction tasks while the proprietor shall provide construction necessities and pay the project cost agreed by the two parties. Therefore, in terms of construction enterprises, all of their production and operating activities shall be conducted according to the construction contract. In fact, their construction management is the process of contract implementation. Due to the currently fierce competition in the construction industry market, it is particularly important to strengthen the contract management in construction and guarantee the project quality for greater economic benefits.
