摘  要:大庆油田萨南深冷装置自1987年投产以来,部分辅助系统停用,装置故障停机率增大,制冷负温升高,轻烃收率降低。分柝了制约装置生产的瓶颈问题,并提出了相应的整改措施,为提高装置的开工率、轻烃收率和安全平稳运行提供了理论依据和技术支持。通过项目改造和工艺参数调整,装置运行平稳性提高,制冷负温可电原来的-68℃降至-80℃,年增产轻烃约2700t。Since being put into operation in 1987,the Sanan cryogenic plant of Daqing oilfield has been run worse gradually and some problems have appeared.Some auxiliary systems are out of service and the device breakdown rate is increasing.These cause the rise of refrigeration temperature and the decrease of NGL yield.This paper analyzes the bottlenecks and puts forward to corresponding rectification measures,which can provide theory and technology supports for improving the operating rate,the NGL yield and the safe and stable operation level of the plant.The operation stability can be improved by some transform projects and adjustment of operation parameters.The refrigeration temperature can be reduced from-68 ℃ to-80 ℃and the NGL output increment can get 2 700 t per year.
