摘　　要：白细胞介素18是一个系统的、多功能细胞因子,通过诱导和产生炎症趋化因子干扰素-γ、生长因子、诱导型氮氧化物合酶、激活天然杀伤细胞与表达Fas配体来实现其在免疫、炎症、肿瘤生长和组织恢复的功能,且可作为免疫佐剂,具有增强免疫和治疗作用。文章就其与临床疾病相关的研究进展作一简要综述。Interleukin-18 is a systemic, multifunctional cytokine, exerted its diverse actions on immunity, inflammation, tumor growth, and tissue repairment through induction and production of interferon-γ chemokines, growth factors, and inducible NO（iNOS） synthase, activation of natural killer cells and expression of Fas ligands. Chicken interleukin-18 could be immunologic adjuvants, and had enhancement of immunization and therapeutic action. This article reviewed the research progress of chicken interleukin-18 and clinical disease association.
