摘　　要：为推动农业可持续发展、满足我国农业生产、现代农业建设对农业机械日益增长的需要,国家出台了一系列政策扶持农业装备制造业的发展,农业装备生产企业大部分规模是中小型,企业经营管理水平及现状极不适应我国农业装备制造业发展的形势,如何改进经营管理机制及能力,不断满足市场的需求,成为当前需要研究和解决的课题。For the impetus agriculture sustainable development, satisfied our country agricultural production, the modern agriculture construction the need which grew day by day to the farm machinery, the country has released a series of policy support agriculture equipment manufacturing industry development, the agricultural equipment Production enterprise majority of scales is middle and small scale, the enterprise managerial and administrative expertise and the present situation did not adapt our country agriculture equipment manufacturing industry development situation extremely, how to improve the management and operation mechanism and ability, satisfied the market unceasingly the demand, became the present need research and the solution topic.
