摘　　要：在ERP的实施过程中,一般要求"三分技术,七分实施,十二分数据",这充分说明了数据准备工作的重要性。为保证ERP系统的可靠运转,数据准备成为其实施过程中的一个重要的阶段。In the ERP implementation process, the general requirements of ＂one-third technology, the implementation of seven, twelve data＂, which fully shows the importance of data preparation work. To ensure reliable operation of ERP systems, data preparation as its implementation process is an important stage.
