摘　　要：目的探讨程序化管理在手术室工作中的作用。方法详细分解巡回护士工作,逐项编入程序,将执行程序和效果评价贯穿于巡回护士工作中。结果巡回护士工作满意率由实施前的83.05%上升到95.23%,医生满意度由83.33%上升至95.83%。结论将程序化管理运用于手术室的巡回护士工作中,做到每项操作都有明确的步骤和标准可查,可确保流程执行到位,提高工作质量与效率。Objective To explore effect of programmed management used in operating room.Methods We decomposed tasks of circulating nurses into subtasks,programmed them in workflow,and implemented the workflow and effect evaluation in works of circulating nurses.Results After implementation of programmed management,job satisfaction of circulating nurses increased from 83.05% to 95.23%,and doctors′satisfaction raised from 83.33% to 95.83%.Conclusion Using programmed management in the task of circulating nurses in operating room can clarify procedures and standards of each operation,which ensures the process to be carried out solidly and promotes work efficiency and quality.
