刺五加浸膏中异秦皮啶含量测定方法的研究

摘　　要：目的:采用有别于药典的220nm检测波长,用344nm检测波长,对刺五加浸膏中的异秦皮啶进行含量测定方法的研究。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为大连伊利特ODS2色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液梯度洗脱;检测波长344nm;流速1.0ml/min,柱温30℃。结果:异秦皮啶在0.016μg/10μl-0.16μg/10μl范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为97.66%,RSD=1.44%。结论:本方法简便可行、准确,可用于异秦皮啶的质量控制。Objective：Use the 344nm detection wavelength what is 220nm in pharmacopoeia to research the method of determination content of isofraxidin in acanthopanax extractum.Methods：Elite ODS2 column（150 mm×4.6 mm;5μm） was used in the method of HPLC.The Methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solutionwas used as the mobile phase.The detection wavelength was set as 344nm.The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1.The temperature was 30℃.Results：For isofraxidin,The calibration curve was in good linearity over the range of 0.016μg/10ml-0.16μg/10ml（r=0.9999） ,and the average recovery rate was 97.66% with an RSD of 1.44%.Conclusion：The method is simple,reliable,accurate and can be applied to the quality control of isofraxidin.
