针对性健康教育对老年高血压患者血压及baPWV的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨针对性健康教育对老年高血压患者血压及臂踝脉搏波传导速度(baPWV)的影响。方法 65例老年原发性高血压患者,入院后检测血压及baPWV值,给予降压、抗凝、调脂等治疗,并由主管护师结合检验结果采取口头和书面的多种形式对其饮食、运动、心理、生活方式、药物应用等方面进行有针对性的健康教育。结果 1个月后,患者收缩压、舒张压、中心动脉压、baP-WV检测值与入院时比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论结合baPWV检测结果对老年高血压患者进行有针对性的健康教育,能增强患者的健康意识,主动改变不良生活习惯,提高治疗效果。Objective To probe into the impact of health education on blood pressure and brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity（baPWV） in elderly hypertensive patients.Methods Blood pressure and baPWV of 65 elderly patients with primary hypertension were mea-sured at admission to the hospital.Patients were subjected to blood-pressure-lowering therapy,anticoagulation therapy,and blood-lipid-controlling therapy,etc.Meanwhile,senior nurses were assigned to give education to them through oral and written forms according to the lab test results.The contents included diet,exercise,psychological adaptation,lifestyle,medication,etc.Results One months after health education,compared with the measurements at admission,patients′systolic blood pressure（SBP）,diastolic blood pressure（DBP）,central systolic blood pressure（cSBP）,baPWV values had significant differences（P0.05,P0.01）.Conclusion Health education based on baPWV measurement for elderly hypertensive patients can enhance their health awareness,enable them to take initiative to change bad habits,which improves the therapeutic effect.
