精神分裂症患者服药依从性与家庭环境的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的了解精神分裂症复发患者的服药依从性状况,并分析服药依从性与家庭环境的相关性。方法对102例复发入院的精神分裂症患者进行问卷调查。调查表包括一般资料、家庭环境量表和服药依从性问卷。结果患者服药依从性得分为(12.03±3.19)分,其中约50%患者有不按时服药、自行停药、只在感觉不舒服时才服药等行为,服药依从性与家庭环境量表中的矛盾性维度呈负相关(P<0.05),家庭环境量表的知识性分量表得分显著低于中国常模(P<0.01)。结论精神分裂症患者的服药依从性与家庭环境相关,应重视家庭对精神分裂症患者服药依从性的影响,提高患者的服药依从性,减少疾病复发,提高患者及其整个家庭的生活质量。Objective To comprehend schizophrenia patients′ medication compliance and to probe into the relation of medication compliance and family environment.Methods A questionnaire survey with respect to patients′ demographic data,family environment,and medication compliance,was conducted among 102 inpatients with relapsing schizophrenia.Results Patients scored 12.03±3.19 points in medication compliance.About half of the respondents failed to take medicine on time,withdrew the medicine by themselves,or took the medicine only when they felt uneasy.Negative correlation was found between medication compliance and conflict dimension of the Family Environment Scale（P0.05）.The score of intellectual-cultural orientation dimension in schizophrenia patients was significantly lower than Chinese norm（P0.01）.Conclusion Medication compliance of schizophrenia patients was related to their family environment.Attention should be paid to the influence of family on patients′ medication compliance,and efforts should be made to lessen recurrence rate,and improve the quality of life of schizophrenia patients.
