低碳经济对我国纺织品出口的影响及对策分析

摘　　要：低碳经济对我国纺织品出口一方面会形成新的贸易壁垒,另一方面可以从侧面促使纺织品出口企业提高纺织品质量,最终达到经济发展与生态环境保护双赢的一种发展方式。当纺织品出口企业发展低碳经济面对国内国际双重压力,政府应制定低碳经济发展战略,完善立法标准,纺织企业应重视和加快低碳技术的研发和创新,加强出口产品结构的调整和优化,使我国的纺织品出口贸易发展顺应低碳经济发展的历史潮流。The low-carbon economy has made important influence on China＇s textile exports.On one hand,it forms new trade barriers,on the other hand it can improve the quality of textiles and achieve economic,social development and ecological environment protection as a win-win economic development patterns.Textile exporters face low carbon economy the dual pressures of domestic and international.Governments should develop national low-carbon economic development strategy,improve the legislative standards.The textile enterprises should pay attention and speed up the development of low carbon technology and innovation,strengthen export product structure adjustment and optimization of response measures to enable the development of China＇s textile export trade in response to a low carbon economy history of the development trend.
