摘　　要：大力发展产业聚集区是河南省加快中原崛起的重大战略举措,是实现跨越式发展的驱动力。河南省产业聚集区发展水平如何,不仅制约河南省区域经济发展,而且制约全省国民经济增长。因此,发展产业聚集区不仅是经济问题,而且是重大的政治问题。通过研究河南省产业聚集区人才支撑体系现状,结合具体情况提出了对策建议。Gathering area is to develop accelerated rise of Central China’s Henan Province,a major strategic initiative is to a-chieve leapfrog development in Henan Province’s driving force.Development of Industrial Agglomeration level of not only the constraints of regional economic development in our province,but also restricts growth of the national economy of our province.Therefore,the development of industrial agglomerations is not only an economic issue,but also a major political issue.Through researching gathering area personnel support system status in Henan to provide new ideas and concepts.
