摘　　要：日趋恶化的精神卫生形势是当前生活面临的一个严峻挑战。而心理咨询与心理治疗作为最重要的应对策略之一,对此却显得力不从心。尤其是在国内,心理咨询与治疗的效果与大众的期待还相差甚远,而外来心理学理论与方法又具有低文化契合性特征。因此,要提高心理咨询与治疗的有效性必须吸收本土文化的精华。中国传统文化的核心就是"心文化",蕴藏着丰富而独特的心灵智慧,足以成为当代心理学发展及其本土化的不竭源泉。The deteriorating situation of mental health is a serious challenge of current life. And psychological counseling and psychotherapy as one of the most important coping strategies, have appeared to be inadequate. Especially in China, the effect of psychotherapy is still far from the expectations of the public, and the root cause of which is the low cultural fit of foreign theories and methods of psychology. Therefore, we must absorb the essence of local culture to improve the effectiveness of counseling and psychotherapy. The core of traditional culture is the ＂heart culture＂, which is rich and unique in spiritual wisdom and enough to be the inexhaustible source of the development and localization of contemporary psychology.
