摘　　要：作为国家科技奖励体系的一个重要组成部分,民间科技奖励作用越来越重要,如何科学合理地对民间科技奖励进行评价关系到科技奖励能否对科技工作者形成有效激励,进而促进国家科技发展。通过构建民间科技奖励评价体系,结合未确知测度模型评价方法,对奖励申请人进行评价。该评价具有客观、公正与科学的优点,可以为评奖决策者提供一定的参考价值。As a part of technology reward system of our country,the civilian technology reward is playing a more and more important role.Proper evaluate of it can encourage the scientists to work harder and promote the development of the science and technology.By constructing a system of evaluating,and using the way of unascertained measurement evaluation,this paper evaluate these applicants.With the merits of objective,just and scientific,the evaluation of this paper will provide some references for the civilian technology reward.
