稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病应用中药热疗背俞穴的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨应用中药热敷背俞穴对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的症状缓解的作用.方法 对60例稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组的患者按基础治疗,观察组在基础治疗上,当出现咳嗽、痰多、喘息明显时,在家应用熥络宝加热咳喘散理疗背部俞穴,平均2次/日.结果 观察组患者的咳嗽、咯痰、喘息的症状的缓解的优于对照组,急诊次数经x2检验比较,差异有显著性（P＜0.05）.结论 稳定期COPD患者的基础治疗及应对寒冷天气致症状加重的措施,经观察分析,应用中药热疗背俞穴,能缓解症状,降低急诊次数,配合全身放松锻炼,能改变呼吸模式,能有效控制慌乱动作,顺利应用措施,阻止病情发展.Objective To investigate the effect of symptomatic relief on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） patients in stable phase with the application of the hot fomentation with traditional Chinese medicine to back Shu-acupoint. Methods 60 cases of COPD in stable phase were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The patients in the control group were treated with basic therapy, while the observation group patients had obvious cough, phlegm, wheezing, they were treated Ke Cuan San heated in Tong Luo Bao to back Shu-acupoint besides the basic therapy, 2 times per day. Results The symptoms of cough, stethocatharsis, wheezing in the observation group relieve more obviously than those in the control group. There was significant difference in times of emergency treatment between the control group and the observation group by chi-square test （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The basic therapy and the measures of the hot fomentation with traditional Chinese medicine to back Shu-acupoint responding to the increased symptoms caused by cold weather to the COPD patients in stable phase can relieve symptoms, reduce times of emergency treatment Combined with the body relaxation exercise, it can change the breathing patterns, effectively control the panic action, and smoothly apply measures to prevent the progression of the disease.
