摘  要:为了研究具有电容型滤波器的LCC串并联谐振变换器的电路特性,在变换器工作原理分析的基础上,用一种近似分析方法对电路进行了数学分析,推导了该变换器的等效电路,并在等效电路的基础上讨论了该变换器的电路特性。研究负载电容的取值对变换器输出电压纹波的影响,并介绍LCC谐振变换器等效电路元件参数的计算表达式。仿真和实验提供的数据验证表明:这种近似分析方法是在谐振电流为正弦波的基础上推导的,能精确地反映LCC谐振变换器的非线性特征,该方法简单、直观,具有实际应用价值。In order to study the circuit characteristics of the series-parallel resonant converter (LCC), firstly, based on the analysis of the operational principle of the converter, mathematic analysis was ob- tained by a novel approximation analysis method, and the equivalent circuit was obtained. The circuit characteristics were discussed based on the equivalent circuit. Then, the value of the filter capacitor for the specific output-voltage-ripple was derived. Finally, the calculation expressions of the equivalent circuit element parameters are introduced. The proposed approximation analysis method was derived on base of the current waveform of resonant tank being sinusoidal, so the design of the circuit parameters and the an- alytic expressions reflecting the nonlinear characteristics of the system are accurate. The proposed analy- sis is simple, intuitive, and has practical application value. The data provided by simulation and experi- mental results verify the characteristics of this method.
