摘　　要：分别介绍了于2008年和2009年发布和实施的建筑用内外墙涂料中有害物质限量的强制性国家标准GB 18582—2008和GB 24408—2009的相关信息,对标准的适用范围、测试项目、限量值、测试方法等内容进行了分析说明,并与国内外相关标准、法规进行比较。提出了相关的对策。This paper introduced the relevant information about the two Chinese mandatory national standards for architectural interior and exterior wall coatings GB 18582—2008 and GB 24408—2009,which were issued and implemented in 2008 and 2009 respectively.The scopes,test items,limited value and test methods of the standards were also analyzed and explained.The comparisons between the two standards and other related domestic and foreign standards and regulations were also done.The countermeasures which the related parties should adopt were also given.
