摘 要:对毛蚶、泥蚶和魁蚶3种贝类的ITS1序列进行PCR扩增、测序及分析,并用M ega3.1软件对其进行系统进化分析。毛蚶、泥蚶和魁蚶的ITS1序列长度分别为424、456和431 bp,3种蚶的479个序列位点中,共有330个保守位点,98个变异位点,94个单突变位点。系统进化分析表明,毛蚶和泥蚶先聚为一支,而后与魁蚶聚为一支。ITS1分析结果显示毛蚶和泥蚶种间的遗传关系较近。Scapharca subcrenata,Tegillarca granosa and Scapharca broughtonii ITS1 sequences were amplified,sequenced and analysed.With the software of Mega3.1,we analysed the phylogenetic development.The results showed that the size of Scapharca subcrenata,Tegillarca granosa and Scapharca broughtonii ITS1 sequences were 424,456 and 431 bp,respectively.There are 479 sequence loci which contain 330 conserved loci,98 variable loci and 94 singleton loci in this three species.The result of phylogenetic development showed that Scapharca subcrenatas and Tegillarca granosa were classified in one branch of phylogenetic tree,then were classified with Scapharca broughtonii in another branch.The analytical result of ITS1 sequences indicate that the genetic relation between Scapharca subcrenata and Tegillarca granosa were close.
