摘　　要：为了建立一个完整的知识库以帮助机床设计人员更好更快地完成机床的设计,依据数控机床设计知识的特点,运用面向对象的方法实现了实例知识和规则知识的表示,建立了实例库和规则库;同时采用元知识的思想实现了各个子知识库之间的联系与管理,运用SQL Server 2000和Visual Basic 6.0开发了知识库管理系统,有效实现了数控机床设计知识的获取、查询与维护,为数控机床设计提供了知识支持。最后给出了应用实例。In order to establish a complete knowledge base to help designers accomplish the design of machine tools better and faster,based on the characteristics of CNC machine tool design knowledge,applying the object-oriented technique,realizing the representation of case knowledge and rule knowledge,the case base and the rule base were established.Meanwhile,the connection and management of each sub-knowledge bases were realized by applying meta knowledge.Under the environment of SQL Server 2000 and Visual Basic 6.0,the knowledge base management system was developed,which could realize knowledge acquiring,knowledge maintainability,knowledge inquiring effectively,and provide knowledge support for the design of CNC machine tools.At last,an application example was represented.
